Dūmų-vandens ekonomaizeriai


Dūmų-vandens ekonomaizeris veikia šilumokaičio principu ir skirtas efektyviam šilumos atgavimui iš išeinančių dūmų. Jis montuojamas tarp katilo, krosnelės ar židinio ir dūmtraukio. Strėlės formos plokštelės yra suvirintos viduje, todėl šiluma perduodama per vandenį arba orą (priklausomai nuo sistemos, kiekvienu atveju numatytos pajungimo schemos). Tokiu būdu papildomai gaunama nuo 4,5 iki 13 kW šiluminės galios. Kondensatas, kuris yra degimo produktas, nuvedamas vidiniu žiedu, kur yra išgarinamas po židinio ar krosnelės užkūrimo.

Ekonominė nauda gaunama jau perkant vandens šildymo katilą – t.y įvertinant papildomą šilumos atgavimą iš išeinančių dūmų, galima pasirinkti mažesnio galingumo įrenginį. Be to, katilas sunaudos ir mažiau kuro, o dūmų-vandens ekonomaizeris pakeldamas grižtančio į katilą vandens temperatūrą, leis jam dirbti mažesniu galingumu, papildomai taupydamas kurą.
